Tis the season of parties and presents. With this special time of year we like to get dressed up and show our stylish holiday spirit. Whether it's a party with friends or a corporate holiday function, we like to look our best. These are some of the Holiday Hair trends that I think will make your presence noticed at every event.
If you have medium to short hair I suggest the tousled curls with a deep side part.
This look can be achieved by prepping the hair with the Paul Labrecque mousse while the hair is damp. You then rough dry the hair 100% without using a brush. If you have fine hair this will keep volume in the hair and ensure the curls will last all night. You then take a 1" curling iron and wrap sections towards and away from the face. The opposite directions will give the hair more volume and keep the curls from falling in the same pattern and flattening the look. You then can spray the hair with L'Oreal Infinium 4 and shake out the curls.
For the more formal setting a low bun with curls is easy to do and looks very elegant. This look is ideal for medium to long hair. This look is achieved by curling the hair with 1/2" - 1" curling iron going in different directions and using different methods to curl, such as wrapping the hair around the iron or using the curling iron in the traditional way. You then make a ponytail using the hair from behind the ears and teasing the ponytail and twisting it into a bun. You will then pin the rest of the curls to the teased bun. This will ensure your hairstyle will last for the entire party and when you take your updo out at the end of the night, you will have perfectly tousled curls. I also suggest adding a little bling or holiday trinket to the hair to give your updo a little something special in the back.
